- 1 large handful organic baby kale OR kale with stem removed and roughly chopped
- 1 organic green apple, quartered (stem & core removed)
- 1 stalk celery
- ½ medium banana
- 1-4 drops of lemon essential oil (to taste)
- 1 cup filtered water
- ½ cup ice cubes
- Freshly ground flax seeds, for garnish
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
- If too thick, add more water to thin to a consistency you enjoy.
- Pour into glass and garnish with sprinkle of flax seeds.
