Blueberry Protein Shake
- 12 ounces coconut OR almond milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1⁄2 banana or ½ of an avocado
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon, optional
- 1 scoop of pure organic bone broth protein
- Crushed ice, optional
- Place all ingredients in blender and purée until smooth, adding additional nut milk and ice to blend as necessary.
