Zinc is one of the three ingredients in Immunity 3 and, in general, zinc absorption is enhanced when taken at least 2 hours before or after meals. However, if you experience any stomach upset, try taking Immunity 3 with a meal. Just be aware that zinc absorption can be impacted by certain foods including phytates in foods such as cereal, corn, and rice. Iron and calcium can also interfere with zinc absorption as can coffee.

Immunity 3 can be taken as an immune support for kids as one (1) capsule meets the recommended daily allowances of vitamin C and zinc for children ages 9 & up.
