- 8 ounces mixed greens/spinach/romaine (7-8 cups)
- 16 oz of strawberries, sliced (about 3 cups)
- 3 celery stalks, sliced (about 1 ¼ cup)
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ lemon, juiced (1 tablespoon)
- ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan or sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 Tablespoons local raw honey
