Ingredients
- 1 med-large navel or cara cara orange (or 3 small oranges such as clementines or mandarins)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 medium carrots, roughly chopped
- 1 medium banana (fresh or frozen)
- ⅓ cup cashews or 2 tablespoons cashew butter
- 1-inch knob of fresh ginger
- ½-inch knob of fresh turmeric root or 1/2 tsp powdered turmeric
- 2 ½ tablespoons hemp hearts plus more for garnish
- ½ tablespoon chia seeds
- 1-2 dates (optional for extra sweetness)
- 1 cup filtered water
- 2-3 capsules of Multi-Vita-Maxx, opened (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until desired consistency is achieved.
