Pre-Workout Coconut Porridge Recipe
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop of pure bone broth protein
- 1⁄2 cup shredded coconut 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon stevia
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- Top with berries
- Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve with berries on top.
