Ingredients

  • Cooked whole chicken breast, shredded OR cut into small pieces
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 6–8 grapes, sliced
  • Small handful walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon kefir
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 scoop of Organixx Pure Bone Broth Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Fresh spinach OR lettuce

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, chopped celery, grapes and a small handful of walnuts in a bowl.
  2. Mix in kefir, mustard, bone broth protein, pepper and salt.
  3. Serve on bed of spinach or romaine lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop of Organixx Plain or Vanilla Bone Broth Protein powder
  • 1⁄2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon stevia
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Berries of choice for topping

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with berries on top.

Tangy & Fresh Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked quinoa
  • 4 cups water
  • 15 oz soaked and cooked black beans
  • 2 fresh corn cobs, kernelled (non-GMO)
  • 1 medium tomato, cored, seeded, and diced
  • ½ cucumber, peeled and diced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 2-3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • ¾ cup raw sharp cheddar or jack cheese, shredded (grass-fed, raw)
  • ¾ tablespoon fine Celtic or Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 fresh squeezed lemon (about 2-4 tablespoons juice)
  • ½ cup organic white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa in a fine mesh sieve until water runs clear, drain, and transfer to a medium pot.
  2. Add 4 cups water and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil. (Tip: Add a scoop of plain Organixx Bone Broth Protein Powder for extra protein)
  3. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until water is absorbed 15-20 minutes.
  4. Set aside for a minimum of 5 minutes.
  5. Chill 2 hours. (If you forget to chill quinoa, it's ok, it's just tastier when it's cool!)
  6. Combine all vegetables and cheese and mix well. Add to quinoa. Then add vinegar, salt, and lemon juice, adjusting to taste. Mix again.
  7. Let chill in fridge 1 hour before serving.

Ingredients

  • ½ medium avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup untoasted walnuts, chopped
  • ¾ cup red OR white quinoa
  • 1 small red tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa as usual and allow to cool.
  2. While quinoa is cooling, chop up vegetables and herbs and add to a large bowl.
  3. Add cooled quinoa, lemon juice, olive oil, and spices, and stir well to combine.
  4. Can serve immediately or place in the fridge and chill before serving.
  5. Store any leftovers in a covered container in the fridge for 1-2 days.

Raw Hemp Butter, Ginger, Turmeric Spice Soup

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup hemp butter* (preferred) OR almond butter OR cashew butter
  • 1 medium cucumber, finely cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1⁄4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 cups spring or filtered water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 3 tablespoons ginger root, finely chopped
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor or blender except cucumber and blend for 30 seconds or until creamy. Add more water for a thinner soup.
  2. If a warm soup is desired, pour into a pot and heat on the stove on low temperature while stirring constantly just until hot to the touch.
  3. Then pour into a medium bowl, add cucumber, mix, and adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Pour into serving bowls and garnish with a lemon slice and hemp seed oil, if desired. Enjoy!

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash with seeds and membrane removed, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 cups spring OR filtered water OR coconut milk for a creamier soup
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 pinches of cayenne pepper powder (optional)
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pecans

Instructions

  1. Place butternut squash pieces in a 9x13 glass baking dish.
  2. Prick slices with a fork and place in a single layer on the bottom with approximately 1⁄2 inch of water.
  3. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until tender.
  4. Take out of the oven and remove outer skin.
  5. Place in food processor with spices and remaining ingredients except onions and pecans. (If your mouth is sensitive the onions and pecans can be blended with the other ingredients).
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Garnish with onions, pecans, and salt & pepper to taste.
  8. Soup can be warmed in a small pot or served at room temperature. Enjoy!
