kale apple smoothie

Ingredients

• 1 large handful organic baby kale OR kale with stem removed and roughly chopped
• 1 organic green apple, quartered (stem & core removed)
• 1 stalk celery
• 1/2 medium banana
• 1-4 drops of Organixx lemon essential oil (to taste)
• 1 cup filtered water
• 1/2 cup ice cubes
• Freshly ground flax seeds, for garnish

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
2. If too thick, add more water to thin to a consistency you enjoy.
3. Pour into glass and garnish with sprinkle of flax seeds.
