Thyroid Boosting Spinach Strawberry-Cranberry Smoothie
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- ½ cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1-2 prunes for added sweetness (optional)
- 1 cup filtered water (more for thinner consistency)
- A few ice cubes if using fresh fruit instead of frozen
- 1 scoop OX Vanilla Bone Broth Protein (optional for an added boost of protein)
- Add all ingredients to high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass and serve!
