- 1 pear
- 12 ounces coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1 scoop plain or vanilla Organixx Bone Broth Protein powder
- Ice or filtered water, as needed for a thinner consistency (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Slice pear in half and place face down on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- When pear is cooked, place all ingredients in blender and purée until smooth. Add water and ice to blend as necessary for desired texture.
