- 1/2 cup chia seeds (soaked in 2 cups of spring water for 30 minutes)
- 1 small handful kale (center stem removed)
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup raw cold-pressed coconut oil
- 1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper powder
- Generous pinch of Himalayan or sea salt
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with cacao nibs.
