For me, it would be great if the vitamin A was not beta carotene but retinyl palmitate or fish oil instead. I have trouble absorbing B Vitamins, and Organixx is the ONLY one that works for me other than injections! I know I need Bs when I have insomnia. I do have to take about 6 of them, but it's worth it to be able to sleep. I usually take 2 or 3 a day, and when I start having insomnia, I up my intake to 6 or 8 until my sleep improves. I'd take 6-8 daily if I could afford it. I think it's the fact that these are fermented that makes them bioavailable. Whatever it is, no other multi works for me. I'm sure that all the vitamins are absorbing well, but for me the proof is in the pudding with the effective absorption of the Bs! I've had trouble with B absorption since my early 30s and probably before that, but I didn't know it until I was pregnant. I'm now 76, and as we know, you don't absorb nutrients from your food or supplements as well as when you are younger, but Organixx works even for my aging system! I love your products.
