  1. I have terrible allergies to coconut, almonds, lemon and honey. What is good for 99 percent of the population will put me in a hospital. I have watched Dr. Saul Andrews several times and am taking 14 to 18 grams of liposomal vitamin C over the course of the day and night. Also taking 5,000IU of D-3 &MK-7; Turmeric 3D: B6, E, and Zipfizz (lots of B-12 and other vitamins) Financially the well is almost dry.

  2. Hello

Great video and information. Thank you.

Just wondering if you could make the shot using the two lemons and all the extra ingredients from both those recipes?

Also wondering if using a blender, what’s the difference on the digestive system between sieving it for just the juice and having the whole of the pith and flesh etc in the drink?

    Thanks and regards

  4. Thanks for sharing these, I think everyone can benefit from them anytime. I have been intermittently doing a morning concoction of the combined shots for years, minus the mushroom derivative, need the powder form for that. Instead I use matcha & spirulina along with the pwder form of tumeric & ginger. All added to 16oz water. Your version is much better & tastier! mine is for a quick on the go. I mostly wanted to say, more people should be aware of the immune powerhouse of mushrooms. I used to work in a nutritional business &one of our most popular supplement was a shitake mushroom formula. We had many testimonials as to its benefit. Now is a good time for more people to favor its intake. Thank you!
