  1. Two questions, are bioidentical hormones safe and you say to avoid soy products but what about organic/non-gmo edamame beans & organic/non-gmo soy/tofu?

  2. Triclosan is another chemical that we don’t want in our environment. It is already in dish detergent; another place we don’t want that chemical is products used for body care.

  3. These foods are highest in magnesium, in order.
    Spinach, swiss chard, black beans, mung beans, almonds, cashews, potatoes, pumpkin seeds, avocado, bananas, broccoli, brussel sprouts.

  4. I have eaten all types of dairy products all my life ,I’m 85 years old I take Hawaiian dancing three hours every week and have danced all my life . I am healthy and I just eat everyday foods , limit my alcohol two,a couple of drinks a week usually a small glass of wine. On top of all that I’m celiac ,and manage that ok .so I think a lot of living to an old age is good genes .

  5. Most paper products like; toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, etc, especially recycled products have BPA from recycled cash register receipts etc. Something tells me this isn’t an accidental Occurrence. jmo
