About the Position:

The Global Operations Comment Moderator is responsible for maintaining our company’s public image on:  Company websites, Company customer platforms, Company blog, YouTube, Amazon.com, Instagram, Shopify(Judge.me App), and Facebook & Facebook Shop by opening a dialog with our current/potential customer base to better understand public perception, helping to resolve any complaints or criticisms from customers that are posted.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure comments posted in YouTube for TTAC, TTAV, and OX receive a response and assist with crisis and negative news communications, as needed.
  • Ensure comments posted in Amazon.com for TTAC, TTAV, and OX receive a response and assist with crisis and negative news communications, as needed.
  • Ensure comments posted in Instagram for TTAC, TTAV, and OX receive a response and assist with crisis and negative news communications, as needed.
  • Ensure comments posted in the Company Websites for TTAC, TTAV, and OX receive a response and assist with crisis and negative news communications, as needed.
  • Ensure comments posted in Company Customer Platforms (Member Areas, Docuseries, Digital Newsletters) for TTAC, TTAV, and OX receive a response and assist with crisis and negative news communications, as needed.
  • Ensure comments posted on Facebook & Facebook Shop for TTAC, TTAV, and OX receive a response and assist with crisis and negative news communications, as needed.
  • Ensure comments posted on Company blog for TTAC and OX receive a response and assist with crisis and negative news communications, as needed.
  • Ensure comments posted on the Shopify Judgme App for TTAC and OX receive a response and assist with crisis and negative news communications, as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong product and content knowledge of TTAC, TTAV, and OX.
  • As the company grows so will the social media comment moderating team, we are looking for someone who has leadership skills and the willingness to become a team lead or manager.
  • The comment moderator will regularly work with teams to identify social media content, topics, and information flow.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Customer Success Director.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or combined skills and experience

Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ year of Social Media comment monitoring/moderating experience
  • Working operational knowledge and understanding of online community platform moderation tools (Forums, Blogs, Photo Uploads, Commenting etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of principles of customer service
  • Basic understanding of web technology and interfaces
  • English Proficiency (Written and Verbal)

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with skills and experience

Hours: 

  • Full-Time
  • Regular
  • Exempt
  • Our ideal candidate must be flexible, with some evenings and weekends required.
